Kaitlyn in Year 7, felt inspired by the climate change talks given by our Year 10 students and the American exchange students during Brannel Challenge last week. She decided to write this beautiful poem the following day.
Save our Planet
The Earth needs us.
We need to give our grace.
We need to find ways between us.
It is a race.
We have twelve years.
And there’s no time for cheers.
If we work together as a team.
We will start to find our dream.
Our Earth is hotter every day.
Let’s do this now, we may.
It’s not an easy thing
But we can do anything.
Soon the Earth will be gone.
Then where shall be belong?
We have no Earth B.
Now can we save the Earth please?
